La distinzione non è formale. Bayran Nimbus gira nel browser, su questo stesso dominio, e per disegnare il globo terrestre salva due preferenze nella memoria locale e scarica mappe da fornitori esterni: cose che le pagine qui sotto descritte non fanno. Quello che leggi in questa pagina vale per le pagine informative, non per lui.

Queste pagine non installano cookie, di nessun tipo, né tecnici né di profilazione, e non usano la memoria del browser (localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB). Non c'è un banner di consenso perché non c'è nulla da consentire: puoi verificarlo tu stesso aprendo gli strumenti per sviluppatori del browser, alla voce Archiviazione.
Una precisazione che conta. La memoria del browser vale per l'intero indirizzo, non per la singola pagina: se hai usato Bayran Nimbus, che sta su questo stesso dominio, ci troverai le due preferenze che lui salva — descritte nella sua informativa. Non le scrivono queste pagine, ma sarebbe scorretto lasciarti credere che li' non ci sia nulla.
Non sono presenti Google Analytics né alcun altro strumento di misurazione, nessun pixel pubblicitario, nessun servizio di terze parti. Le pagine sono file statici: non c'è codice che osservi cosa fai.
Tutte le immagini, i video, i caratteri e gli stili di queste pagine sono serviti dallo stesso indirizzo del sito: mentre le visiti, il browser non contatta alcun altro dominio. Fa eccezione Bayran Nimbus, per la ragione detta sopra e spiegata nella sua informativa.
Alcuni pulsanti portano ad App Store (Apple) e Google Play (Google). Il collegamento viene seguito solo se lo premi tu: da quel momento vale l'informativa di quei servizi, non questa.
Il sito è ospitato su GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.). Come qualunque server web, per poterti inviare le pagine GitHub riceve e conserva per un periodo limitato dati tecnici di collegamento: indirizzo IP, tipo di browser, pagina richiesta e data. Sono trattati da GitHub per erogare il servizio e per la sicurezza, secondo la privacy policy di GitHub. Noi non abbiamo accesso a statistiche individuali e non li usiamo per profilare nessuno.
Non ce ne sono. Il sito non chiede né riceve dati da te. L'unico modo per scriverci è l'indirizzo email qui sopra, e in quel caso trattiamo soltanto quello che ci scrivi tu, per risponderti.
Il sito non è rivolto a minori di 13 anni e non raccoglie consapevolmente dati di minori. Non raccogliendo dati da nessuno, non ne raccoglie nemmeno da loro.
Non trattando dati personali attraverso il sito, non ci sono dati nostri su cui esercitare accesso, rettifica o cancellazione. Per i dati tecnici trattati da GitHub come fornitore di hosting, il riferimento è la loro informativa. Per qualunque domanda puoi scriverci: risponde una persona.

Bayran Nimbus runs in the browser, on this same domain, and to draw the globe it stores two preferences in local storage and downloads maps from external providers — things the pages described below do not do. These pages set no cookies of any kind, neither technical nor profiling ones, and do not use browser storage (localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB). There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to: you can check it yourself in your browser's developer tools, under Storage.
One clarification that matters. Browser storage belongs to the whole address, not to the single page: if you have used Bayran Nimbus, which lives on this same domain, you will find there the two preferences it saves — described in its own notice. These pages do not write them, but it would be misleading to let you believe there is nothing there.
There is no Google Analytics or any other measurement tool, no advertising pixel, no third-party service. These pages are static files: there is no code watching what you do.
All images, videos, fonts and stylesheets on these pages are served from the site's own address: while you browse them your browser contacts no other domain. Bayran Nimbus is the exception, for the reason given above and explained in its own notice.
Some buttons lead to the App Store (Apple) and Google Play (Google). The link is followed only if you press it: from that moment those services' notices apply, not this one.
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.). Like any web server, in order to send you the pages GitHub receives and keeps for a limited time technical connection data: IP address, browser type, requested page and date. GitHub processes them to deliver the service and for security, under the GitHub privacy statement. We have no access to individual statistics and do not use them to profile anyone.
There are none. The site neither asks for nor receives data from you. The only way to reach us is the email address above, and in that case we only handle what you write to us, in order to reply.
The site is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data. Collecting no data from anyone, it collects none from them either.
Since no personal data is processed through the site, there is no data of ours on which to exercise access, rectification or erasure. For the technical data processed by GitHub as hosting provider, their notice is the reference. For any question you can write to us: a person answers.
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes too. Previous versions remain in the repository's public history.
